Right. I wanted to love this. I really did. Pixar? Big colourful sets? Core memory stuff. Easy win, surely.
…Not quite.
We went along expecting something immersive and hands-on for the kids. What we got felt more like an expensive photo backdrop experience. Yes, the sets look good. You walk through different Pixar-themed rooms, take a few pictures, soak it in for a minute… then move on.
For the price, it’s over very quickly.
There wasn’t much actually to do for the kids on our visit. Ours were basically told to wander around and find little balls hidden in the sets. That was about the level of interaction. If your child loves a scavenger hunt, great. If they’re expecting something more engaging, it may feel a bit flat.
And the gift shop? Brace yourself. Proper “you’ve already paid a lot to get in, but here’s a £30 plush” territory.
Honestly, the highlight of the day for our lot was the playground outside the venue… which has absolutely nothing to do with the exhibition itself. Free. Energetic. Much more fun.
If you’re a big Pixar fan and want some cool photos, you might enjoy it.
If you’re going purely for the kids and expecting loads of interactive elements, just manage expectations - and maybe pair it with other Wembley Park activities to make the trip feel worth the spend.

If you’re going for some cool photos and you love Pixar, you might feel okay about it. If you’re expecting loads of hands-on stuff for the kids for the price… you might walk out doing that tight smile parents do when they’re slightly annoyed.
On our visit? Not loads. It felt more like walk, look, take a photo, move on. The main “activity” was finding little balls hidden around the sets. That kept them busy for about five minutes.
You can comfortably do it in under 45mins. If you’ve paid London attraction prices, that might feel… brief.
If you enjoy paying premium prices for plush toys and themed bits, you’ll be in your element. If you’re trying to leave without spending another £50, good luck.
Honestly? The playground outside the venue. Completely unrelated to the exhibition. Completely free. And the kids had way more fun there. Sometimes the unexpected wins.
