1. Memberships
1.1 Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
1.2 By subscribing, you authorise Pounds to Pleasure to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
1.3 Monthly memberships renew automatically every month until cancelled.
1.4 Annual memberships renew automatically every year until cancelled.
1.5 Refunds:
- Monthly memberships are non-refundable.
- Annual memberships are non-refundable, including partial refunds. Once paid, it runs its full term.
1.6 Access to the membership area, community features and discounts is maintained only while your membership is active.
1.7 We may adjust membership pricing in the future. Affected members will be notified in advance.
2. Cancellations
2.1 All cancellations must be actioned by the subscriber, through the member account area. We cannot process cancellations via email, DM or smoke signal.
2.2 To cancel ahead of the next renewal, we require at least 5 working days’ notice before your next billing date.
2.3 If you cancel within the 5 working day window, your upcoming payment may still be processed and your membership will end at the end of the following cycle.
2.4 Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund for the current billing period (monthly or annual).
3. Renewals and Billing
3.1 By subscribing, you agree that your membership will renew automatically using the payment method on file.
3.2 If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to take payment again. Access may be restricted until payment is successful.
3.3 You are responsible for keeping your billing details up to date.
4. Discount Codes
4.1 Pounds to Pleasure provides discount codes sourced from third-party merchants.
4.2 We cannot guarantee any code will work at any given time.
4.3 Merchants may:
- expire a code
- change a code
- restrict a code
- remove an offer
…without notifying us.
4.4 We are not liable for discounts that do not apply at checkout, change unexpectedly or become unavailable.
4.5 Any purchases made from third-party merchants are strictly between you and the merchant. We are not responsible for the transaction, quality of goods, customer service or fulfilment.
5. Community Guidelines
5.1 Members must treat others with respect. No abuse, discrimination, harassment, trolling or inappropriate behaviour.
5.2 We may remove content, restrict access or suspend/terminate membership if these rules are broken.
5.3 No refunds will be issued for community-related suspensions or removals.
5.4 Any content posted within the community must comply with UK law. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene or misleading.
6. Commission and Affiliate Links
6.1 Pounds to Pleasure may earn commission from:
- clicks
- referrals
- purchases made through our links
- Brand deals
6.2 Commission does not affect the price you pay.
6.3 We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy or quality of any third-party product, service or offer.
6.4 We are not responsible for any merchant issues, including cancellations, refunds, customer service or disputes.

7.1 You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website or membership area.
7.2 You must not copy, reproduce or distribute any content, discount codes, images or materials without permission.
7.3 Accounts must not be shared. One membership = one household. We may revoke access if account sharing is suspected.

8.1 We try our best to keep reviews, guides and information accurate and up to date.
8.2 However, details may change, including opening times, prices, availability, restrictions and offers.
8.3 Pounds to Pleasure is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions or changes made by third parties.

- any loss arising from incorrect, unavailable or expired discount codes
- any issues with merchant websites or transactions
- any personal injury, damage or loss resulting from visits to attractions or activities we review
- any interruptions, errors or outages on our website
9.2 Your use of the website and membership is at your own discretion.
10. Termination
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- violate these terms
- misuse discount codes
- behave inappropriately in the community
- attempt fraud, chargebacks or abuse
10.2 No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

11.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
11.2 Continued use of the site or membership after changes means you accept the new terms.
